Welcome spring with
street workout & yoga

Spring is here! 

Nature is waking up so should we, right? Those who can, we love it for them! But we humans are a little bit more complicated than flowers so for some, spring can also bring anxiety, fatigue,  restlessness, lack of motivation, low and sad mood. There are some explanation about why it happens and we would love to talk about them at Welcome spring with street workout & yoga while swinging on the bars and doing push ups.  

 

Welcome spring with street workout & yoga starts on April 13 and will be held every Sunday from 4pm to 6pm. Time and dates can change due to the weather so we recommend you to become part of our Whatsapp group where we will be communicating important information.

About our trainer

Aslan Sulimanov was born and raised in Chechnya. Sport, especially martial arts, are part of Chechen culture and they take training classes very seriously. After practicing MMA for most of his life, he discovered street workout in which he fell in love. He does not want to sound too dramatic, but the truth is that street workout saved his life. He was training kids and young adults back home. Since 2022. he is in Zagreb and wants to share his passion and benefits of street workout with you.
