We believe that mental and physical health are deeply connected—each supports the other. That’s why, alongside counselling, we offer free sports and movement-based activities. Physical activity is a powerful tool for emotional regulation, reducing stress, and building confidence.
One of its key advantages is that it requires fewer words, making it especially accessible for people who speak different languages. In a group setting, sport becomes more than just exercise—it fosters integration, trust, community building, and a sense of belonging.
For people on the move, especially in a transit country like Croatia, these activities can offer structure, routine, and meaningful connection during uncertain times. Whether you’re here briefly or longer-term, you’re welcome to move with us.
Street workout
Street workout is a form of bodyweight training that takes place outdoors, often in public parks or specially designed fitness areas. This activity makes use of elements like pull-up bars, parallel bars, and benches to perform exercises such as push-ups, dips, and pull-ups.
One of the key benefits of street workout is that it provides a full-body workout while being completely free and accessible, as it requires no gym membership or special equipment. Additionally, the outdoor environment offers the added benefit of fresh air and exposure to nature, which can improve mental well-being, reduce stress, and enhance overall motivation to exercise. It's a great way to stay fit, build strength, and enjoy the outdoors all at once.
Yoga
Yoga is more than just a physical practice; it's a holistic approach to health that connects the body, mind, and spirit. Rooted in ancient traditions, yoga helps cultivate strength, flexibility, and mental clarity, while fostering a sense of peace and balance in everyday life.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, yoga offers a path to improve physical health, reduce stress, and promote inner calm. Through mindful breathing, meditation, and various poses (asanas), yoga encourages a deep connection to the present moment and supports overall well-being.

If you would like to give it a try, join our Welcome spring with street workout & yoga (click the link) starting on April 13, 2025.
We train every week, in afternoon hours. Our trainer leads you through sessions that are consisted of warming up, building strength, learning figures and stretching. He encourages all fitness levels, as well as all genders and ethnicities. You do not even have to bring motivation - we will build your motivation together. Bring bottle of water, towel and some comfortable clothes (if you do not have, you can send us a private message and we will help you with that).
